Some people are happy with their life: others are constantly striving for new challenges and ways to truly express themselves. Like the migrant I have always been on my way somewhere; from legal studies to a Ph. D. in sociology. During these years I experienced that many people do not have the opportunity to develop their full potential in our society. That moves me to take action.

Coaching for me is a life style, a way of being. I get to choose whether I like to lead myself or choose to be led by the circumstances in life.

Life is a personal journey and our reality is a social construction. This means we are the creators of our own lives. Coaching is a tool that gives you the focus, and the encouragement to live a fulfilled life. All individuals have a potential. Let us use it in order to create a better and safer society: a society that is related to everything from the creation of more human organizations without stress and "dead-men-walking", to a school environment that strengthens parenthood and individual uniqueness.
