Our society needs leaders who are couragous for delivering their boldest visions. Leaders are needed for making change happen, irrespective if it is in the living or schooling area, or in the organization. Ultimately, positional leaders are responsible for facilitating processes of change, a process that has to start with themselves. To integrate others we need to be integrated in ourselves.

My passion in these issues comes from my previous experiences when I worked as a researcher within the field of migration and integration. It is not an coincident that I have found that coaching and experiental learning might solve issues and dilemmas in contemporary societies. Today I am heading for a more holistic and solution oriented approach, as a result I founded the Institute of Glocal Perspectives. We combine theory with practice, coaching for system change, leveraging diversity, creativity, deep democracy and the development of Learning Organisations. In the final end this work is all about creating visions for a sustainable future and facilitate diversity in the global society.
