For me coaching is a tool that facilitates communication. Co-active coaching is also about reaching contact with your emotions and intuition. If we are going to create a better, more healthy society we will need much more of that commodity. When I see stress and dead-men-walking behaviour, which usually comes from people's frustration of their situation, I want to do something. That is the reason why I have started Cometa.

I am standing with one foot in the academic life and the other one in the world of coaching: two perspectives that still have not come to a meeting point in Sweden. My goal is that the education system can see the positive aspects of what coaching skills can offers. However, it is not only about training, it is also about human education. How are we going to create a society, in large and small, where people are happy and can fulfil their potential?

Devoting myself to be a professional coach, mean I constantly work on own personal development. I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach - CPCC and a graduate of CTI's prestigious ten month leadership program. I am also trained in the advanced coaching curriculum Organizations, Relations and System Coaching. As a facilitator of TeamDiagnostic, an assessment tool for team excellence, I'm able to work with your organization for taking you to the next level of success.

My particular interest is directed toward coaching leaders to become even more strong and fulfilled in their leadership. I am constantly exploring my own comfort zones, and expect the same of my clients. When you are ready to take yourself beyond your edges - you are ready to explore your Bigger Game.
